(2). The design of the shielded safety door structure should be easy to install, replace and repair.
(3). When the shielded safety door is closed, the public area is separated from the driveway; when opening, it provides a walking path for pedestrians.
(4). The shielded safety door should be equipped with a manual device. When system control or station control fail, the driver or the station attendant can manually open the platform shielded safety door for the passengers to enter and exit.
(5). The shielded safety door should be provided with a locking device. It can be automatically unlocked during normal operation and can be manually unlocked in case of failure. When the shielded safety door is closed, the locking device can prevent the external force from opening the door; when the shielded safety door is opened, the locking device can be automatically released; When the door is opened manually, the locking device is automatically released.
(6). The shielded safety door shall be provided with an obstacle detecting device. The detector shall be capable of detecting a minimum of 10 mm (thick) x 40 mm (wide) steel plates. In the obstacle detection test, the thickness of 10 mm is placed on the straight line of the door stroke, and the width of 40 mm is placed perpendicular to the stroke line.
(7). When the shielded safety door is blocked, the door operator should be able to feel the presence of an obstacle and release the door. In the process of closing door, if there is an obstacle, the closing force is immediately released, and the door is paused for 2 s (the pause time is adjustable within the range of 0 to 10 s) and then the door will close again. If it cannot be closed after repeated three times, the shielded safety door stops and an alarm is issued, waiting for processing.
(8). The base of the shielded safety door shall be firmly welded with the foundation of embedded steel plate.
4.2 Drive system

(2). Adopt Brush DC Motor.
(3). The speed regulation performance and output torque of the motor meet the requirements of the motion curve and dynamic curve of the door.
(4). The door drive unit is mainly composed of a DC motor and related components.
(5). The transmission is driven by synchronous belt. The timing belt should be made of flame-retardant material and the service life should be no less than 8 years.
(6). The motor adopts vibration-damping installation mode, which is easy to disassemble and repair.
(7). Locking and unlocking devices have both automatic and manual functions.
4.3 Power System
The shielded safety door is powered by a secondary load. The low-voltage power distribution system provides power supply AC220 (1±10%)V, rated frequency 50±0.5Hz. A specialized switch for power AC220 is provided for the platform shielded safety door system in the distribution box, which is placed in the equipment room of the station.
4.4 Control system
4.4.1 Composition and overview
The shielded safety door control system consists of a door control unit (DCU) group, a central interface board (including logic control unit and status monitoring unit) PSC, industrial computer, platform application software, communication medium and communication interface
(1). Set up a control system to control the corresponding number of shielded safety doors. Each control subsystem includes logic control unit, operation panel (CCP), control circuit and door switch.
(2). The shielded safety door status monitoring system should be bus type monitoring, which can be displayed through the operation panel (CCP) on the central interface board PSC. The fault status of each door unit can also be queried through the industrial computer and central station.
(3). The central interface board PSC communicates with the shielded safety door control unit (DCU) in a bus mode.
(4). The control system adopts RAMS design technology. The design of software and hardware should fully consider reliability, maintainability, availability and scalability. At the same time, the principles of modularity and redundant design must be followed.
4.4.2 Functions of the control system
(1) Control function
The shielded safety door control system has two modes: operation panel control and manual control.
Operating panel control: It is the control mode of opening/closing shielded safety door by the operator on duty through the operation panel CCP on the operating platform. Operation panel (CCP) can realize single door unit control
Manual operation: Manual operation is performed by the station staff on the shielded safety door. When the power supply of the control system fails or the operation mechanism of the shielded safety door fails, the station staff opens the shielded safety door on the platform side.
(2) Monitoring function
The internal bus control network of shielded safety door system adopts an open communication protocol, which transmits the status information of shielded safety door unit to the mother control panel through fieldbus. The monitoring information should include at least the opening/closing of the sliding door, the automatic/manual status and the door failure when it is displayed directly on operation panel (CCP) after logical processing.
4.5 Monitoring and management of work conditions
Shielded safety door control unit should be able to collect and alarm the following fault signals, and set up the necessary logic blocking and unlocking functions in the system.
(1). Door control unit failure and door machine failure
When the individual door control unit or door machine fails, the door cannot be opened or cannot be closed under the control of the system level and the operation panel, the door control unit performs an audible and visual alarm. At this time, the station staff turns the individual fault door from the automatic state to the isolated state, so that the unit is separated from the control system, the sliding door remains locked, and the passenger enters and exits through other sliding doors. Maintainer detects the corresponding information through the laptop interface, and then put it into use after troubleshooting. The normal operation of the entire control system is not affected by the withdrawal of individual fault door unit from the control system.
(2). Power failure
When the power supply of door control system fails (including control power failure, drive power failure and individual drive motor power failure), the system should carry out audible and visual alarm, and the corresponding detailed fault information can be queried through maintenance tools.
(3). Network communication system failure
The communication network of the system consists of fieldbus and some hard wire transmission circuits. When Fieldbus fails, the system should carry out audible and visual alarm.
(4). Internal bus control network of shielded safety door system
The internal bus control network of the shielded safety door system adopts an open communication protocol, which uploads the status of sliding doors to the control panel (CCP) of the control room through the door controller. On the control panel (CCP), the status, faults, control network faults and power supply faults of each sliding door unit can be inquired.
5. Interface of related majors and system
5.1 Interface of signal lamp control

5.2 Interface of civil engineering
The interface between the shielded safety door and the civil engineering is inside the sidewalk. The interfaces are as follows:
(1). The base of the shielded safety door shall be firmly welded to the foundation of embedded steel plate.
(2). The external pipeline of the shielded safety door system is buried by the civil works. It is necessary to supervise the correctness of the installation of the pipeline location.
(3). Design, supply and installation of various components connected to the civil works at the intersection.
